Platform Features

Worken AI gives teams four building blocks: virts, channels, knowledge, and operations. Use this overview to choose the right module before diving into the detailed guides.

Before you start

  • Assign owners for instructions, knowledge, and integrations
  • Keep a shared checklist with model, temperature, budget, and SLA
  • Make sure the team has access to required CRMs, messengers, and storefronts

Build reliable virts

  • Start from templates or clone an existing virt to reuse tone and guardrails.
  • The Instruction tab captures role, required steps, forbidden topics, and short reply examples.
  • Keep temperature around 0.3–0.5 for support flows and enforce token caps to control cost.
  • Knowledge bases support files, websites, and connectors. Sources with status Ready are already indexed.

Connect channels and systems

  • Activate website, Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, and CRM channels from a single hub.
  • Sync product catalogs and order statuses through knowledge connectors or the automation API.
  • Use the Tools section to add private actions (CRM requests, ticket updates) and manage credentials securely.

Operate and optimize

  • Use the test chat, analytics, and release notes to keep behavior predictable.
  • Document owners, cadences, and SLAs so launches survive handoffs.
  • Roll out virts to new teams with adoption playbooks and monthly QA sessions.

Security and compliance

  • Inventory API keys, store them in a secret manager, and rotate every 90 days.
  • Enforce SSO/2FA and role-based approvals for instruction and channel changes.
  • Schedule audits so instruction, knowledge, and release logs stay traceable.
