Highlights
Voice calls
Bots can now talk — answer incoming calls and place outbound ones. Call settings are built right into your bot's general settings, under the "Calls" section — no separate screen anymore.
During a call the bot understands speech, replies by voice, and can take actions (for example, fetch a summary of the conversation). Actions that change something require approval — the bot won't do anything important without your "ok".
Calls are enabled per organization on request — get in touch if you'd like them turned on.
Routines — automatic reactions to events
We've added routines: the bot reacts on its own to events in a connected CRM. For example, on a new deal or lead in Bitrix24 the bot can run a predefined scenario — with no manual trigger.
Routines are configured on the new "Routines" page in the sidebar: create, edit, view fire history and results. If an action needs a check, it lands in an approval queue.
New models
Refreshed the model catalog. Added:
- Anthropic — Claude Opus 4.8 and Claude Opus 4.8 Fast (fast mode)
- MiniMax — M3
- Meta — Llama 4 Maverick
Pick a model on your bot's settings page.
Other
- Requests to models are now cheaper and more reliable — no VPN or proxy required.
- Under the hood we reworked the bot engine: chat behavior is unchanged, but the new scenarios (calls, routines) run on a shared, reliable foundation.
Retired models
Some older models have been removed from the catalog. If your bot was bound to one of them, pick a current model in settings:
- Devstral Medium / Small → current Mistral models
- Mistral Large (2411) / Pixtral Large (2411) → current Mistral models
- Qwen 2.5 7B → the Qwen 3.6 family
- GPT-4o Audio Preview → gpt-audio
- ERNIE 4.5 (21B / VL-28B), MiMo v2 (Omni / Pro) → current catalog models
No breaking changes
Existing bots and integrations continue to work as before — no action required. Voice calls are enabled separately on request.
