Select the closest starter template first, then transfer the instruction blocks into your virt settings.

Move the instruction prompt into AI

Copy the main prompt block from the selected template and paste it into AI → Instruction. This block usually defines role, tasks, limits, and tone rules.

Replace placeholders such as [COMPANY NAME] and [REP NAME] right away so the instruction reflects your real business context.

Select channels and connect integrations

Open the integrations catalog and choose where the virt should operate, for example Telegram or VK. This step defines the customer-facing entry points.
